“Istubani”

The
Iztubani pattern makes an adorable Japanese-style bunny rabbit. He has a
cute button nose, and cute faux-eyelids, for which instructions are
included. Instructions are also included for jointing the limbs, which are
thread-jointed, as well as the head, which is cotter pin/disk-jointed. The
pattern includes several color photos.
The pattern makes an anime rabbit that is about 3-1/2 inches (including
ears, 2-3/4 inches to top of head not including ears) when crocheted from
punch thread and a size 12 crochet hook. You can use other threads to make
Iztubani; just adjust your hook size to your thread. For instance, you
might use size 20 crochet thread with a size 10 hook, or size 10 thread
with a size 7 hook; even sport weight or double knitting yarn with a C
hook.
You can also achieve different looks by varying the ear and eye placement,
using different styles of noses, etc.
