Back In Stock! You can use this hollow punch set for making white circles for under your bear eyes. This handy tool makes perfect round circles. It comes with 6 punches in sizes 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.. It comes with 6 punches in sizes 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm. I found 18 sets of the punches.
