The Knitted Bear
Whidbey
is the most "bearable" of our critters. The bear pictured was knitted with
Berroco Chinchilla worsted weight yarn. However, this pattern is great for experimenting
with other textured yarns to achieve different fuzzy looks. Whidbey will be
10-12 inches tall when finished. His paws are jointed and he has a big felt
nose. A bit of soft sculpting and embroidery add to Whidbey's charm.
These
patterns are knitted in pieces then sewn together.
